This peer-led learning space explores the basics of nonviolent communication (NVC), originally developed by Marshall Rosenberg. Regardless of experience level, the starting point is always the same: Am I aware, in this moment, of how I am receiving the messages aroune me? Empathy practice brings awareness that we have a choice about how we receive and respond to the messages life delivers, rather than operating from emotionally reactive, habitual patterns.
